The Prophets of the Old Testament
The prophetic books of the Old Testament are often overlooked. Because most of them are not written in narrative form, they rarely show up in Sunday school curriculum and sermons. There is much to be learned in these books, however.
In this download, you will receive:
1. A general introduction to the prophetic books.
2. One-page summaries of each of the 16 Old Testament
prophetic books. (I will not cover Lamentations as it is
written by Jeremiah.)
3. You will also receive copies of these pages that have
blanks to fill in that can be used in the classroom or
Bible Studies.
The Kings of Israel and Judah:
I. The Kings of Judah and Israel Charts:
A. Introduction:
1. The history of the kings of Judah and Israel is
important. Their lives and monarchy are strong
evidence that the events of the Bible are rooted in
history.
They also give a historical picture of how the
descendants of Abraham were living, both physically
and spiritually.
2. This download will have the charts of both the kings
of Judah and Israel. Where in the Bible they can be
found, how long they reigned and whether or not
they were faithful followers of God.
Besides these, you will get blank copies of each chart for group studies and classes.
