2029) Several years ago, I took some kids on a trip and because of varies problems, I only got about an hour of sleep in a 24-hour period.  

I can remember driving the short distance home from the school in almost a trance. I kept shaking my head trying to stay with it. I was exhausted.  

Many of us have had circumstances that makes us physically exhausted but there are other types of it, too. Frustration, fear and stress can place a burden on your shoulders that weighs you down and brings exhaustion.  

What can you do when you don’t feel like you have the strength to do anything? Isaiah 40:29 gives us help. The prophet tells us God gives power to the exhausted and power, the ability to keep putting one foot in front of the other, to those who need it.  

Feeling exhausted? Get some rest both physically and spiritually.
