1743) When I’ve had student teachers in the past, one area that an inexperienced teacher struggles with is given precise and clear directions to their young scholars.
I’ve seen it happen in my own classroom. If my directions to my students are not clear or are too complicated, the assignment, or whatever activity I’m trying to run, will not work as planned.
God has graciously given us precise directions on what we can do to please him. They are found in 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18. They are:
- Rejoice always.
- Pray without ceasing.
- Give thanks in all circumstances.
If we spend our time focusing on these three things, our lives would model a better picture of who God is to everyone we come in contact with.
