1707) Where does God live? Many small children have asked this sincere question at one point or another, but what I wonder is, do you know the answer?
In Bible times, we find God lived in the Tabernacle and later the Temple, but because of Jesus’ sacrificial death, he can now live within those of us who have surrendered our lives to God.
Take a minute to think about this. As God’s children, we have the Lord of all the universe living within us. This can bring so much comfort. God is near. He sees what is going on. He knows how you feel.
This indwelling can also be a warning. God’s spirit is within his children, so whenever we decide to disobey, God is amid this also and sees what’s going on.
