If you are a follower, you have the responsibility to incorporate all your leader requires. If you are a leader, the responsibility is so much higher. Why?

Titus 1:7-9 tells of many characteristics leaders must have. A leader should be above reproach, not arrogant nor quick tempered and more. Why are these things important? Because leaders are to set an example of appropriate behavior because those you are in charge of will incorporate the behavior they seem modeled in you.

Being a leader and follower both require responsibilities. Which are you and are you taking your responsibilities seriously?
