When I force myself to look at what’s on the news, read up on governmental actions, watch people in the grocery store grabbing up things to ensure they aren’t without them, leaving nothing for others to buy and more, I tend to just cross my arms, shake my head and frown. In John 16:33, Jesus said that while we’re in this world, there is going to be trials and sorrows. Period. It really doesn’t matter if I don’t like it, it grieves me and I want to wish it away. BUT Jesus said next that he has overcome these things. He will right all wrongs. This is much a fact of life as the bad things.

Yes, life is a struggle but we have a God who is stronger than the struggle.
