1208) Have you ever considered the power of encouragement? What would it mean to you to know that some of the main “players” in your life would be there to encourage you about specific things each day? Do you see it as making a difference in your attitudes, mood, and values? If so, how much of a difference?
Encouragement is a powerful tool. It doesn’t take any money and by investing a bit of time considering specific things to say, write or text about is well worth the effort.
How about using this power to encourage yourself, too? Reflect on what you did right during the day and encourage yourself as your day winds down. Maybe keep an encouragement journal.
