The Created

2083) I live in a beautiful part of the world.

Much of it is unaffected by man and you don’t have to go too far to see beautiful sunrises, undisturbed ocean frontage, miles and miles of dirt roads leading through forests of evergreens and more. Sounds like an advertisement for Downeast Maine.

Millions come to see Maine’s beauty at Acadia National Park because beauty has the ability to transform the soul. Yet Psalm 121:1-2 reminds us this transformation is rooted in the Creator of these places.

Natural beauty is a picture of the Creator’s handiwork; it’s not an entity unto itself.
