Chase

2060) It’s interesting having recess duty at school. I get to interact with my young scholars in a different environment. It’s during times like this when they will reveal more of their hearts, minds, joys and problems.

One game I see the kids playing is chase. It might be in the form of tag or just plain running after each other. The fun of connecting is in the chase.

2 Timothy 2:22 tells us about chasing. It says to flee youthful passions and pursue, which in the Greek means to chase, righteousness, faith, love and peace.

What would the world be like if everyone chose to chase these things?   Well…we can’t make that happen, but we can do it within ourselves.

The chase is important.
