2053) I’m amazed at a child’s ability to memorize and learn.    

When I was in first grade, we had to memorize the announcement of Jesus’ birth in Luke 2. I can still recite it today.  

It’s important that we teach the Bible to children from a young age. 2 Timothy 3:15 confirms this.  

The verse says that because the church leaders were taught the word of God when they were young, they were prepared for salvation and important work for God.  

It’s our responsibility to help in equipping the young because it can produce lasting fruit.
