2047) I don’t know if I can say I’m an expert in anything. I can do many things well, but an expert? If there are things a person does well and has done it for decades, it’s easy to conclude they don’t need to increase their knowledge. For example, on the first day of the school year for teachers, we had a brief workshop on using AI in the classroom. Of course, I knew about AI and have even explored its benefits and detriments for my classes and as an author, but I learned in this workshop several specific things I could use and adapt. I have since been using them regularly. Proverbs 1:5 tells us the wise hear and increase in learning.
There’s always something to learn and if you’re wise, you can find things that are useful in each experience if you look for it.
