2042) I never took a test well when I was in high school. I think some of it was that the only way I knew to study was memorizing and I couldn’t possibly memorize everything for tests. I wish I had had someone show me how to study so that testing could reflect what I really knew.  

1 John 4:1 has us on the other end of testing. It tells us to test someone who claims to be representing God. Look and see what their agenda is. Look at their personal lives and, most importantly, look and see how what they say matches up with what God says in the Bible.  

This testing is vital, as significant and lasting damage can be inflicted in God’s name when, in fact, these people represent God’s enemy, Satan.
