1977) It may have been a while since any of you have written a resume. As an author, I have to do this regularly to go on books, articles, interviews, etc. A resume is supposed to represent your experience, gifts and track record. When I hire people to work for me, (editors, illustrators, promoters, designers and more) I always consult their resumes.
Psalm 118:29 contains a resume for God. It tells us our God is always good, and he loves forever.
If I were consulting this spiritual resume, I would conclude that God always works on my behalf; to bring only good things. I am mature enough in my faith to know this “good” may only be in his eyes.
I would also conclude nothing I do or don’t do can change or prevent God from fully loving me.
If God is always good and always loves, we have plenty of reasons to praise him each day.
