1955) Have you ever considered that God did not have to give us emotions when he created us? Just like our taste buds, God did not have to give us feelings. This is another example of how we were created in his image because God has feelings, too.  

We can see an example of God revealing his feelings in Luke 10:21. Here, Jesus is full of joy, and this results in praise. He is joyful because those of us who come to God as a little child are fully dependent on him. Exactly what he desires from us.  

Be filled with joy, as a little child, knowing we’re safe because we are depending on him.
