1944) I love it when my young scholars draw something for me or drop me an unexpected note. Most of these are precious (and even some that shouldn’t be, are). I have even kept a book of many of them through the years.  

They’re precious to me because the kids created them from their hearts. These are their personal messages of love and devotion.  

This must be a hint at how God feels about us, his creation. Ephesians 2:10 reminds us, along with many other verses, we are so important to him, and he created each of us with love and care.  

If you’re feeling unimportant or unworthy, remember, God loves what he created.
