When communicating, we need to remember Proverbs 18:21. It reads that the power of the tongue brings both death and life. Think back to your school days. Do you still remember something hurtful someone said that still lurks in your heart?
It’s awkward and difficult to think before we speak, but it would be an art worth learning.
