My arches do not always enjoy every step. They ache and because of this, my doctor told me what kind of arch-support I needed to get for my shoes.
These supports lift my foot slightly, in the right places, and help tremendously. I thought of this when reading Psalm 55:22. This verse tells us we are to give our burdens to the Lord, and he will sustain us. Sustaining in the Hebrew language means to be supported.
When we need support, it is unwise not to ask for it and then use it.
