1835) I heard recently someone say, “God has everything he needs, but he wants you.” I had to listen to that several times because it made such an impression on me.
 
2 Timothy 1:9 tells us that God called us, not because of anything we have done for him. In fact, if you have done nothing for God, he still wants you.
 
One day, God himself will hold out his arms to each of his children in welcome and grace. It’s not about what we’ve done, but because of what he’s done for us
