1772) Do you ever wonder what God sees when he looks down upon the earth? If you have, what do you think he sees? I think the answer to this question lies in our perception of God.
Does God first see all the evil in the world? Does he first see all the love? I don’t know the answer to these questions, but there’s something I know he does not see. He does not see forgiven sins.
Acts 13:22 tells us David, the son of Jesse, is a man after my heart, who will do all my will.”
Yes, David was a man of God, but David was also an adulterer and murderer. If his story stopped there, this is what God saw, but it doesn’t. David repented and made things right with God, and that is what God sees.
If you think you’re not worthy of God and he’ll never say you are one whose heart is like his, make things right with God and grace washes over you.
This is what God sees.
