As I reflect on some of the conversation they had, the word “fall” catches my interests as I read James 1:12. Here James said if you stand the test of faith, you will remain steadfast in the Lord. This word stood is in direct contrast to fall.

Steadfast and standing is an intentional action where falling rarely is. Standing is a calculated choice.
