I actually hate that word, but that’s another minute devotion by itself.) Anyway, the gist of what she was saying is, if you claim to be a child of God, you need to act like it. A valid point.

I know people sometimes use arguments like this one as an excuse for turning their backs on God, but John knew the importance of God’s children choosing to live a godly life. I John 4:1-6 reminds us that our actions should reflect our faith and when it doesn’t, we need to make it right with God and those we wronged.
