1451) What would it take for you to feel completely happy and fulfilled? If we were to poll people, what answers would we get? A loving and healthy family? A good job so bills can be paid and fun things can be bought? Having fun and supportive friends? These things are indeed good things to have, but they all have something in common; they all revolve around this life and not the one to come.

Psalm 37:4 tells us we are to take a delight in God. Study what the Bible tells us about God, how he loves and what he instructs us to do. These things alone and the hope of being with him eternally are what truly bring happiness and fulfillment. Are you skeptical? Take the next few weeks and live specifically by the instructions found in the Bible and see if your life is better.
