1202) Sometimes we don’t put enough emphasis on the small things people do. When a stranger holds the door for you. When your mom remembers you love cotton candy. When your friend picks a wildflower for you. These things don’t really cost the giver much, but they can make your day a good one.
Jesus knew small things matter, and he took it a step further and informs us you can tell about a person’s character by how he values the small things.
There is the person who remembers another’s birthday and makes a simple card. There is the person who read something they thought another would like and they send it to them. When someone just asks, how is your day going? These things matter.
