Cardiac Care

1152) If someone today claims they didn’t know fatty foods and inactivity are bad for the heart, they’re either lying to themselves or in denial.

All over our food labels, and commercials found on television or online, you can find information about how to treat your heart better. Isn’t it interesting, though, that you find little about treating your spiritual heart better?

For example, many people tell us not to judge the motives (the hearts) of others, but the hard news is, God does judge our hearts (motives). He is looking for its purity as one does with silver and gold. God does this because he knows having a pure heart is best for us.

Do you make sure you follow good spiritual cardiac care?  Matthew 7:1; Proverbs 17:3
