1096) Lately, I have not had enough time (or made enough time?) to read but as I think about books which have resonated with me, The Noticer by Andy Andrews is one of them. In this story (fiction based on true events), there is an old man simply named Jones who arrives in a town in Alabama and offers sage advice and so much more. As I read through each page, this character grabbed my attention because he had great insight and discernment into the problems we all face in life.
People with insight and discernment are great ones to surround yourself with. Paul also said it was his prayer that God’s children seek these things. Why? Because with even a small dose of insight and discernment, our choices would be better ones. Loving and cherishing these two characteristics is easy because their value is great. Philippians 1:9-11
