881) With the way things are going these days, if you can purchase something online, having free delivery is a good deal. Some things, however, are very expensive to have delivered. Since I live in Maine, I know you can have fresh lobster delivered anywhere in the world but the expense will be high.

In Mark 9:30-37, Jesus is speaking to his disciples about His up-coming death. He uses the words, “The Son of Man (Jesus) will be delivered into the hands of men.” Notice what this verse does not say. It does not say that Jesus’ life will be taken from Him. Why? Because God has freely given the life of His son even though it was the most expensive gift of all-time.

Free delivery is desired but it cost Someone! Thank God!
